Transformers made in TRAFO TECH technology are adapted
to install in heavy weather conditions: on air, in gardens, in bathrooms, pools,
quays, in sea and tropical conditions.
TRAFO TECH transformers are characterised by low
losses in the form of heat. It is the accepted rule to adapt the maximal
temperature of the transformer at the rated load to the Customer’s
requirements. In standard performance is
assumed the maximal temperature increase by 500C at the rated load.
TRAFO TECH transformers are characterised by the
hermetic insulation of transformer windings preventing the core corrosion, due
to what the electrical parameters of the transformer are kept on the fixed
level for the whole period of its use, what in its turn guarantees its proper
operation and minimizes the losses of electric energy in time.
TRAFO TECH transformers are characterised by the
hermetic insulation of the transformer windings preventing penetrating moisture
and gases to the windings, what prevents the damages of the transformer during
its use. Hermetic insulation is made of specially selected plastics, resistant
to high temperature fluctuations, living organisms and to the chemical
compounds, what allows to use them in
the unfriendly environment.
Due to the application exclusively of the toroidal
cores made of the high quality magnetic materials as well as due to the special
scrupulousness in symmetrization of windings in connection with the appropriate
insulation, TRAFO TECH transformers are characterised by the maximal reduction
of radiation outside and by the maximal rejection of signals transmitted by the
transformer in the wide frequency band. Due to that TRAFO TECH transformers
find their application in supply systems of the secured systems and information
centres („Tempest” Class).
Due to the low radiation outside and maximal rejection
of signals transmitted by the transformer in the wide frequency band, and due
to the low quantity of heat emitted, overload ability and due to the fact, that as the only one they allow using
disinfecting and decontaminating agents thereon
they are perfectly fit for
the safe supply of the medical equipment.
TRAFO TECH transformers are characterised by the very
high reliability and accuracy of performance (failure frequency and spoilage
ratio below 0.05%). Standard warranty period for TRAFO TECH transformers
amounts to 3 years.

Due to the application of toroidal cores of the highest parameters in
TRAFO TECH transformers we achieve the energy savings.
Typical transformer with a core composed of plates has an efficiency not
exceeding 96, TRAFO TECH transformer – approximately up to 98.
For example, transformer TRAFO TECH
10 000 VA in comparison to the
competitive one /typical transformer of competing manufacturer, composed of
plates has the efficiency not exceeding 0.94, TRAFO TECH transformer – not less
than 97 /
TRAFO TECH transformer gives the energy savings 0.44 Kva. Annually, it
gives the saving
of 0,44kVA*8500 hours = 3740 kWh / kilowatt-hours/ what gives, at the
full day price of
1kWh = 0.40 zł 0.40
zł * 3400 kWh = 1 360 zł.

As standard, the transformers are delivered in housing
in the form of installation boxes made of:

TRAFO TECH
INSULATION TECHNOLOGY
Insulation technology has been developed especially
for the French atomistic physics. Transformer insulation technology is patent
protected. Insulating coats are characterised by the extremely high resistance
to weather conditions, environment pollutions and living organisms. Transformers made in this technology have
hermetic insulating coats, which do not allow liquids and gases to penetrate
the transformer interior. Insulation is made of two especially selected
plastics, which are subject to polymerisation during the process of insulation.
Plastic A has the properties of self-regeneration of the insulation properties.

Fastness to solvents determined by the quantity of solvents on tested

month in the diluted acid or base. All tests were performed on a metal sheet
0.6 mm thick coated by – plastic A – 0.1 mm thick, plastic B – 0.06 mm thick:

NON-STABILISED
POWER SUPPLY
TRAFO TECH Company manufactures
on Customer’s request the non-stabilised direct current power supplies for
automatic control and adjustment systems, adapted to operate in exceptionally
heavy duty environment conditions (weather, chemical, biological exposures).
All those power supplies use, without any exception, TRAFO TECH toroidal
transformers and they are made in two basic variants:
- power
supplies to be installed in the standard installation boxes – mounted on a bus
or fixed to the mounting plate
- compact
power supplies in standard housing of polycarbonate or aluminium to be
installed both in the installation boxes and for the outer mounting (as a rule
on walls of the rooms).
Non-stabilised power supply are manufactured in the range of the output
powers from 50VA to 10 000VA at one of the standard output voltages 12V, 24V or
48V DC.
Non-stabilised TRAFO TECH power supply are characterised by the low
changes of the output voltage at a change of the load current from zero to
maximum, low losses, small quantity of the heat emitted.

STABILISED
DIRECT CURRENT POWER SUPPLY:
TRAFO TECH, on Customer’s request, develops and
manufactures the stabilised direct current power supplies of linear regulation
(non-impulse) using the reliable toroidal transformers TRAFO TECH. Standard
range of output voltages is from 5V to 24V, and range of the admissible load
currents from 0A to 24A.

All TRAFO
TECH power supplies are built of elements of the newest generation, using TRAFO
TECH transformers and they are characterised by low losses, small dimensions,
low weight, small quantity of heat emitted and they are adapted to operate in
heavy duty conditions.
